Great resource for antibiotic mgt and stewardship. I don’t regret my purchase of this and it’s been over 8 years now.
Excellent reference

Is there a way or do I need to repurchase. That would be a bummer.

As a pediatric ID fellow, I carried around The Red Book (AAP Infectious Diseases Guidelines) to have a quick reference and not sound stupid.
Now, as a Peds ID division chief and senior faculty, as well as chief of Maryland AAP section on ID, I carry the Hopkins antibiotic guide with me instead. Way superior to other guidelines, updated constantly, but the best part is that it’s original source referenced for every disease, pathogen, anti microbial.
Instead of welcome bling, I want my department to give each incoming intern a 3 year subscription to this essential reference.
Be careful

For you to try it out have to commit with a subscription, they should let you try it and if you like it well buy the subscription, they are betting you forget to cancel the subscription
