Like most mobile games now days the only way to be relevant in top 10 is to spend money, I’m no stranger to that but this game is extremely higher than most. Droped about 500 and wasn’t even close to the top 10 players on our server spending thousands. Again not bashing the game for wanting money but statistically the drop rates are so low you definitely don’t get what you pay for

You just click the lamp and get gear and equip better gear, sell the bad gear. You can’t even select the gear fast because of the animations. So bad.

I was level 50 and I never requested to delete my account on the game and I had spent money on it and they deleted my account. This game needs to be taken down and needs to be reported. I have never been so upset in a game that I played. I worked so hard in it and now my progress is gone.

I don’t know if I was doing something wrong but it made me upgrade my hats, glasses etc and it got in the way and it was kinda the same thing over and over again not the best game but the characters are really cute.

So the game has 3 classes. One of them, the mage is utterly useless. So when you ask any media platform, how can i improve, literally every answer is “change to archer” or “change to warrior”. Mages are the premium class. You HAVE to have the premium items that cost hundreds of dollars to get, while the other two classes will beat you as f2p. Literally, there is one skill that makes you invincible for 3 seconds and if youre a mage an your opponent has that, you WILL lose. Even Souls, the red ones that you need, the two most important ones for mages are locked behind cross server events which happen once a month if that…. And you need 2 or 3 events to get ONE. Its very, very disappointing

The game is free that’s true, but The developers steal from players who spend money, does not matter how much money you’ve spent, when you refund any amount, they will ask you pay any amount they want even if it’s higher than what you refunded.

The app has been crashing recently. It happens at different times. Still fun but something to be mindful of.

Calling this game pay to win is an understatement. Every aspect of it is predatory. In order to progress, you need to roll for equipment. The players who spend money will outpace you within the first couple hours and you’ll never catch up. There couldve been an enjoyable game underneath, but it’s marred by layers of greed.

This is only the second review I’ve ever felt the need to write and this one is for a bad, bad reason - I was thoroughly enjoying this game and spent close over $50 on in app purchases. One particular purchase I made for $9.99 unfortunately didn’t give me all that was suppose to be included with it. I though, not a big deal, I’ll just reach out to support and they’ll correct it, wrong! After not hearing anything back from 2 support tickets in over 24 hours, I decided to report the purchase to apply since I didn’t receive what was suppose to be included. The refund was successful however I discovered I was banned from the game. I asked support what the heck the deal was and they said I’d have to go through the Joynet site to make the $9.99 payment to be granted access to the game again. Keep in mind, they never addressed restoring the items not received in the initial $9.99 purchase. Joynet takes you to a payment platform operated by “Airwallex” which has a 3-star review and multiple people commenting that they should not be used or trusted. Despite my better judgment, I try to make the payment because I just want to rejoin the game. Well none of my cards will work to process the payment. I called a few of my banks to ask why and they said because it’s not a trusted payment platform as it has had several major user issues. I then commented this to support and said I would gladly make the payment some other way only for them to continue to regurgitate the same info about how I must use that and a credit card almost as if they hadn’t read my actual message. At this point, I’m still locked out and have reached out in all ways I could think of without any sort of actual help. Although the game is fun, seems like it may just be a scam when it comes to purchases and customer support!
