Push notifications don’t work with the new update. All settings on phone correct, but still not notified when a new email comes in.

  • New Update = No IOS Push Notifications

Have never minded using this app, but the recent update seemingly messed up my phone’s ability to receive email push notifications, though I see calendar reminders. Super frustrating and hope this is fixed soon!

  • Works well, but show sender’s address

It works pretty well and is easy to use. One enhancement request is to offer a setting to show the sender’s display name WITH email address for Outlook mobile app, not just the sender’s display name. So many email imposter phishing attempts are using another person’s display name with an obviously spammy email address. Outlook on desktop can easily show both a sender’s display name AND email address. The Outlook IOS app does not show a sender’s email address, negating an easy way to visually verify the sender is who they say they are.

Greeting OutLook Support, I would like to submit a complaint regarding the format of the Arabic text. It starts from the left instead of right, which is wrong and unprofessional for us workers to use. Looking forward to your response. Best,
